Last week, I accidentally broke my Samsung A13, but Elliot saved the day! In less than 15 minutes, my phone was as good as new, can't believe this. The team was amazing, and their customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this place with five stars! It's the most professional phone repair place in Melbourne CBD, and the price is great too.

Elliot is an outstanding guy and he ordered a part (I think he didn't charge me for this either) for my Sony Xperia phone and fixed it amazingly well. Even glued another phone for me, again without charge despite my insistence to pay. Don't go anywhere else.

I came here for a back glass replacement for xperia 1 iii, which is a phone that is hard to find spare parts for. Elliot working here has ordered the back glass for me and replaced it in under 10 minutes. Great service, would recommend.

Needed to get the batteries on my Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 5G was they were getting a big long in the tooth. Brought it in in the morning, got it back that afternoon. New batteries and screen protector installed flawlessly. Very good prices and excellent service.

What great service. Looked online for a price. Rare'ish phone so checked with a quick call, yes, they could do it.Confirmed stock of the replacement screen.Next day in I went. An hour or so later, phone is as good as new.Very friendly and helpful the whole way. Great finish.

Thanks!Initial review: Fantastic customer service, starting with online chat, which gave me details for mail in service. Eliot then arranged an in person pickup after work, and our smashed Samsung S6 lite tablet was repaired with a new screen and returned the next day to us in person! Great price and smooth transaction.
