Recently needed to take my father here for an appointment when I asked the receptionist if I could make an appointment for him I was yelled at, we don’t make appointments here it just doesn’t work like that, well it seems to work for every other doctor I take him to, and do you know that there’s only one doctor on today and why does he need to see him, which I thought was none of her bloody business to ask.Then she took off huffing and puffing to get dads file while I stood there not knowing where she went, when she came back she slammed the file on the desk and said you’ll be waiting a long time there’s a fair few people in front of you, I said that will be fine happy to wait.This woman who name is Maria really needs to learn some people skills, the way she talks to people is so rude. Glade I don’t have to go there too often.The doctors are nice, caring and professional.

Hopless they never answer the phone i called every 10 minutes all day and they never answered the phone

Worst service. The lady at the desk is rude. Wouldn't recommend it at all. They refuse to took 1 months old baby because he didn't have his Medicare arrived yet and Dr doesn't have any history of him as he don't take new patients & have no empathy at all to see a crying baby.Reporting you to medical authorities for this behaviour.

The reception is soooo f rude...can't believe they hire a staff like her...i called and straight a way she said NO...to a question and they don't accept new patient and never had a chance to say i am not a new patient- She dropped the phone.

Disgusted at the level of courtesy shown in this clinic. Called up for appointment , receptionist or dr says no apointments for new patients and sounded rude to disconnect call.
