Lei provides very helpful, friendly and reliable service! I go to him all the time now. He is very honest and lets you know exactly what needs doing and what can wait. He doesn't overcharge and rip you off like a lot of other places. I highly recommend!

Lei is a knowledgeable mechanic with years experience. Even fitted me in with minimal notice when I needed a rear diff support bar installed. Would not hesitate to suggest others to have their cars serviced and maintained here.

Very knowledgeable mechanic and does not ever resort to silly tricks of the trade like many other reputed mechanics do, including even the so called reputed brands" in my own experience. Really happy with DR concepts and have been with them for the last more than 5 years for all my cars

I normally dont write reviews, but this needs one. We had the worst customer experience at Dr Concepts. I mean almost-call-police physical assault incident.We just bought a used car from a dealer, who uses Dr Concepts to review cars before selling. Because our new car was due a service right away, we were told the car needed new suspension bushes. So we talked to the dealer, who offered Dr Concept services for a double check (since they had just reviewed the car). So when my husband arrives, the guy (Mr Ley) simply treats him in a rude way and mentions my husband is wasting his time. So my husband (who was on a simple day, taking care of his business) simply explains why he was there and whatnot. Mr Ley quickly looses control and just grabs my husband by his jacket and tells he wont leave the shop without paying, and puts the car keys in his pocket. After some time he calmed down and my husband leaves the shop horrified.Anyways, me Ley called a bit later to apologise deeply, but we were already so nervous and horrified about this experience. I definitely wouldnt recommend this place for trusted advice or service, specially if you dont want to run the risk of getting physically hurt.I really hope this review helps them to get some customer service training for this business to survive.

Already have had car serviced twice by DR Concepts. Very happy with the service and the price. The owner not only helped repair the rear wiper, but also vacuum cleaned the interior of the car without charging extra. Will definitely be back.
