I got my teeth 'whitened' here, opting for the more expensive 3-6 shades whiter treatment.It did not work at all, not even a little bit.I sent them photos proving this and wasn't thrilled with being told that it was probably just the lighting" on my photos.However

I have visited Luxury Collective for the first time and I have had a very good, relaxing experience. Kirsty made me feel very welcome and sheexplained the whole process to me. Could not recommend her more. I have already booked more treatments.

I love this place I've been going there for almost 2 years it's my one stop off where I can get my hair done as well as injectables. I've actually just had my eyebrows feathered they are brilliant! Always leave feeling amazing and refreshed. The girls are always incredible and ensure they listen and give great suggestions doing their best and giving me what I love each time ❤️! I love the luxurious industrial style of the salon, it brings glamour and class into the modern day using the advantage of a bigger space to continue to operate safely during the pandemic!! Clever !!

I arrived for my 10:30am appointment to be told it was cancelled due to staff illness. They tried to say they had attempted to call me the day prior and the morning of my appointment - lies! I received no phone call advising my appointment was cancelled. They then tried to suggest that they had the wrong phone number for me - again lies! I received two text messages confirming my appointment the week prior to my appointment so they had the right number.I understand that staff get sick and appointments have to be cancelled from time to time but to not even attempt to call/text/email to let me know and then not be very apologetic upon my arrival for my appointment is appalling. I was a mere Groupon customer so perhaps that’s why they didn’t care. I would’ve returned again and again and with my two daughters if the service was a good one though.

I have been a client at Luxury Collective for nearly 2 years. Suzie, the owner, has created an excellent salon that can cater for all of your hair and beauty needs. They pride themselves on keeping up to date with the latest technology for their clients. Everyone is genuinely, very friendly, and make you feel very welcome. I always leave the salon feeling pampered and satisfied with the service I went in for. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to Luxury Collective Co for the last few months and have had a range of treatments done by either Sally or Suzie.I absolutely love going to them because the environment is always so fun and the staff are all friendly , easy to talk to and I am never ever disappointed with the result of what i have had done.The salon is always clean and tidy and all the equipment always looks clean and well maintained. The products they use are top quality and the standard and quality of their work is very high.It is easy to tell that each staff member has been provided with the proper training they need to do each treatment to the highest possible standard. They give awesome advise for after care and their product knowledge is so helpful and makes it easier to know what to get to take care between treatments.Sally and Suzy are both so down to earth and when you walk into the salon I always feel so welcome and comfortable.I have had my teeth whitened , lips done, hair done and facials done there and each treatment is well and reasonably priced especially for the quality you get for what you pay.Couldn't rate them highly enough! 100000% recommend
