Found this company completely and utterly disgraceful. Yes it was my very first time using Private Lawyers however I was seriously disappointed.Criminal side of the situation (IVO related) made me plead Guilty as this was the only option available (even though I wasn't guilty) however they did manage to negotiate with VIC POLICE to drop their ridiculous charges so suppose that's one positive.Family Law side was beyond a joke.

Was lucky enough to of dealt with the likes of David Symons who made it really easy to understand the process, being a young first home buyer. He sat me down and went through it all with me every step of the way and was always quick to respond when I had any queries. A very happy client! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cant recommend Craig and the team enough. Their turnaround times are amazing and pricing is very competitive.

If I could put minus stars for this review I would put -5 stars.Money hungry Carl Robertson couldn't even vary an intervention order condition In one hearing.Instead he wanted me to get a BARRISTER" aswell as use my lawyer Carl again for an extra fee. Absolutely repugnant !"

I'm moving to Bendigo and only bought my first home recently. As I knew no one around this area, I had to asked my real estate agent (Shane Henderson from PH property, who is also a wonderful guy) to recommend a reliable solicitor for conveyancing. That's probably the best decision I've made during this process. David Symons, my solicitor, is extremely professional, trustworthy, helpful, friendly, easy going and humorous! I was actually quiet nervous at the beginning as I had no idea what to expect, he immediately put me at ease and ensured everything went smoothly, took me step by step. Of course other team members that I have dealt with (Wendy and Cindy) were both very patient and friendly. The final cost for ths outstanding service was reasonable (falls well within the range that I previously googled and expected). As I really enjoyed this great experience, I even asked David to help me with my first will straight after the settlement of the house. Highly recommend HQ Law, especially David Symons!

My partner and I purchased our first home through the bank and used David Symons as our conveyancer he was prompt and ran through everything really smoothly, there was no hidden costs nothing that we weren’t expecting. David explained all the processes, for first homebuyers it can be quite daunting but he made the whole experience very easy, I highly recommend HQ law (David Symons) and the team.
