hehe, delivered" the parcel without texting me or email me.put it on the mailbox without permission? and then someone else took it.and i have never received the parcel and i guess my parcel is gone forever.horrible services

Our company has used RED for numerous years, and not once when ive had to call accounts has the woman who answers the phone ever been in a good mood!! She i always rude and never helpful. Never addresses herself on the phone. As an employer I would definitely train her in customer service. The other staff are very courteous and friendly.
