John is such a nice person & very helpful not pushy at all

Shout out to John for his customer service. Drove the car to Picton for me to inspect on a Sunday, then drove it to Goulburn on Thursday to deliver. Provided evidence of transferrable factory warranty, threw in new floor mats, painted out scratches on bullbar and fully detailed the vehicle prior delivery...all with a professional integrity I havnt seen in a car dealer for ages.

We weren't really looking for a car. They have a Jayco Freedom caravan in their yard which looks very similar to our own however it has a single axle.It had been on that lot for some time and they were interested in selling it so it's price is very reasonable compared to ours it has no toilet or shower but it is in much better condition and has a much nicer interior a roof mounted air conditioner for which the roof has been strengthened.The gentleman who served us was very polite and was washing the caravan down when we arrived and did everything he possibly could to show us that van not get us wet and keep mud out of the van!He was not the usual snake oil car salesman, he let the tidyness of the van speak for itself and did not talk it up or tell a whole lot of lies about it. Judging on this experience I think that these guys would be a good place to buy a used vehicle, however, best to check reviews from people who have done so and read them with a Grain of salt because there are three sides to every story - yours, theirs and the truth!!And usually you find the good, happy customer just keeps on coming back , but tells his friends and doesnt bother to get on the internet and write a cranky review when nothing has gone wrong. You just haven't got time!!

Victorian who just bought a car through John, and it was a great experiance. He was prompt at calling me back, after I put through an enquiry through carsales, nothing was too much trouble, with him answering questions, taking extra photos and was honest and upfront the entire time. When another person enquired in person about the car, he advised them that as he had been talking to me first, the first offer would be to me (I had a friend drop in to see the car and witnessed this happen before he even knew who they were). Had many options on how an interstate transaction could take place, from flying up, meeting half way, shipping car down. Absolutely brilliant to deal with, and more than happy with my purchase. He added in car mats and filled the tank, ready for my drive home. Easy flight up with Link Airways, with a short drive to the yard. It was an absolute pleasure to buy my car from John.
