I actually went into two stores, including 1825, late one Sunday afternoon looking for dining chairs. The staff at 1825 couldn't have been more helpful - they worked really hard to get me the best possible deal and did up a quote with all of the details - they even then called me later that afternoon with follow up information after finding an additional chair she couldn't find while I was in there! After I left, I went to another store (which shall remain nameless) and the experience could not have been more different - the lady couldn't even be bothered putting down what she was doing to help me! Needless to say, I just called 1825 this morning and put my money where the best customer service lay!Thank you for being so helpful even late on a Sunday afternoon!

Purchased furniture online. We live on the Gold Coast so Tamworth closest store. Whilst they don't arrange delivery, the staff could not have been more helpful. Arrived in perfect shape, very happy with quality and price.
