A word from the wise. Foodsavers are a poorly made vaccuum sealer that will let you down time and time again. Had two now and after not using the first for 18 months I thought it was not working by my faults. However I prchased a second unit, it started to play up after just a few weeks. After consultation with the retailer (the good guys), saying it could take months to access the unit due to covid. Whatever excuse I thought. Out of shear frustration I discovered a sharp hard wack on the body would make it work again, this became normal practice for another 3 to 6 months but alas now it has stopped vaccuumming dispite all encouragements. Knowing it was not feasable to return such problematic equipment I have disassembled the unit to discover how rubbish the components really are. No wonder it failled so quickly.

I purchased a cafe barista coffee machine for my new house it stopped working properly after about6 months. I purchased another one thinking I just got a dud same thing happened. I contacted sunbeam not happy with a $250 machine being faulty. They sent me out a new one as a good will gesture in October then in February it stopped working completely no power no nothing. I contacted them again and they told me as it was a good will gesture and my faulty one was out of warranty they could not do anything. Never again will I buy anything sunbeam. Three coffee machines in 2.5 years what a joke.

Purchased deep fryer as I have had my previous sunbeam ones for years. Just a sizzle and no longer a 'fryer' anymore. Would not recommend this product to anyone and now will think twice before purchasing any sunbeam product. If I could give it a minus star I would! Very very disappointing!

The glass kettle works pretty good so far. I reckon that the volume markings would be better if they were printed in black and halfway between the handle and the spout. On the one I bought, the volume markings are white. Difficult to see when there is steam in the kettle. Also they are close to the handle. Difficult to see without twisting the kettle around.

Purchased new york range kettle $170. After 2 months the on switch does not turn on or stay depressed. Sunbeam did however offer a replacement kettle which has still however not arrived after 7 weeks! No working kettle and no replacement kettle.
