Always a cute, well behaved, puppy to cuddle!

Pet stock is over priced but I don't mind paying if I get great quality service. I have been in 3 times and spoken to 3 different people about electronic dog collars and each person floundered in their knowledge and support and was told to contact the company directly should I have any issues or questions. Very disappointed.

Very disappointingI have been having my King Charles Cavi groomed here for the past few years and have always specifically stated I did not want his tail or ears cut( due to past bad experiences) I am aware that if your dog has any matting that the groomer will cut it out and it is for this reason that I always brush his ears and tail before he is groomed. As you can see by the photos below that he has a chunk cut out of his ear. When I rang to complain they insisted that he had a Matt there, I strongly disagree I don’t know what’s happened but he definitely did not have any matting on the top of his ear when I dropped him off. If it was done by mistake admit it but don’t tell me it was there when I definitely know it wasn’t. I was a loyal customer but I won’t be back

Vicki was amazing, after picking up our new puppy and about to head home we thought to drop in and get some supplies, our girls collar was way too tight causing her to drool and vomiting Vicki jumped straight over and helped us get the collar off her which gave her instant relief.We can thank the staff enough for their help, our girl made it home safe and sound and spent all night exploring her forever home.I recommend that everyone stop in here and give them the support they deserve, excellent car parking facilities, lots of stock and plenty of knowledge of the products and pets.If you were my local I would be back every time.

My dogs are always cared for so well when they come in for their grooming. Dekota is especially helpful, patient and kind. I will always love coming in to visit
