The spring broke in our garage door. After a quick Google Search I found Five Star Door Service. Paul worked around my work schedule to come and quote, then fix my door. Due to the age of the doors, I had the springs in both doors replaced. I love that 5* rang the morning of my appointment to confirm and kept me informed of Paul's expected arrival time. Paul was very professional and a great bloke to deal with. I will certainly be keeping 5 stars number handy.

I had Five Star Door Service install a garage roller door a couple of months ago. From start to finish, and afterwards, I have had nothing but excellent service from all the staff at Five Star Door Services. When my roller door wouldn't open or close a friend recommended Five Star Door Service. Paul arrived quickly and after assessing all the issues with the door assured us it could be repaired. I had an emergency with my double garage door where the right side totally came off due to wear and tear. I was desperate and called a few services I saw in google as I wanted it fixed ASAP. Found 5* and glad I got to Julie who willingly fit me in their busy schedule. She sent Paul to the rescue.I was really impressed with the way Paul handled the job by himself. We had two automatic roller doors installed late last year by Five Star. We chose them based on Google reviews for my parents property before having them come to ours.We had issues with water coming into the garage. Paul went to great lengths to ensure we got not only the right product, but took time on installation to ensure they closed properly and sealed against the floor, adding weights etc.Their after service is responsive and amazing. When we've had an issue they've come out quickly to help us. Recommend them to anyone needing new doors or servicing.

Great service, fast and attention to detail. When my garage door springs broke on a Friday afternoon I called Five Star Garage Service and spoke to Paul. Although Paul was away up the coast for a wedding he assured me that he would be able to be at my place first thing Monday morning. True to his word Paul was at my place Monday morning and provided a quote to replace the broken springs and to service the door. Paul ordered the new springs installed them the next day and had my door is running the best it has ever operated by Tuesday.
