Original dad purchased a second hand v star 650 from Barry. Dad put a deposit down whilst his knee surgery went ahead they held the bike for 6 weeks as insurance was sorting out his one from an accident. They even delivered the bike to our address as he couldn't ride it. I picked up my bike from Matt, very easy going bloke and made it easy purchasing my brand new Suzuki v Strom. At the time was very undecided between the triumph tiger sport or the v Strom. He was very helpful and spoke about the pros and cons of each bike. Highly recommend. Two happy customers!!

I purchased my new Triumph Tiger 800 from Peter Stevens Ringwood last week, great experience with very friendly staff that made me feel welcome, from the reception who greeted me as I walked passed them to Sara up stairs in the accessories section.Sean in the Triumph Department was very helpful and at no time did I feel pressured into a purchase, I returned the following week and purchased my new toy.I might just add that I had already been to 2 other bike shops prior who made me feel like they were doing my a favour and couldn't be bothered.This is the 4th bike I have purchased from Stevo's.CheersKeep up the good work.Morris.

Came here for a roadworthy for my motorbike and Kirsty is probably one of the people that you would want to be dealing with!Her proffesionalism was unreal and she was also super friendly and helpful.She answered whatever questions I had and is always down for a chat - she made you feel as if you were talking to a mate rather than just another customer.Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a new bike or looking to do some maintenance/upgrades to their current bike!

Recently bought a used bike from Barry Ladd. No BS sales and very friendly to deal with. Buying a bike you want the space and time to look over it and when you have questions, someone to answer. Bought from Peter Stevens before and will definitely buy again. Cheers Barry

If there was a negative star option I would give that!!I recently had the unfortunate experience of servicing my brand new Suzuki Hayabusa at Peter Stevens Ringwood, and I must say that it was a highly disappointing encounter. Despite booking the service two months in advance, aiming to secure a weekend appointment to avoid taking a day off, I received a call stating that weekend servicing was unavailable, and I had to reschedule. This initial inconvenience set the tone for what would turn out to be a frustrating and unsatisfactory service visit.Upon arrival, I was informed that the service, including the installation of frame sliders, would take approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. Regrettably, this turned out to be far from the truth, as the entire process took nearly 5 hours, leaving me frustrated and wasting valuable time. Given that it was my first service, I had numerous questions and required additional work, such as the installation of a USB port. However, the staff displayed zero enthusiasm and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns or assisting with any additional requests. To my dismay, the USB installation was completely overlooked, and no one bothered to inquire about it.To add insult to injury, when I inquired about the absence of a wash for my motorcycle, I was given the outrageous response that they do not wash black bikes. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction left me dumbfounded and questioning whether they truly care about their customers at all.In conclusion, my experience at Peter Stevens Ringwood was nothing short of disappointing. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and apathetic attitude displayed by the staff during my first service visit left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. It is disheartening to invest in a brand new motorcycle and be met with such subpar service. I sincerely hope that the management takes note of these issues and implements necessary improvements to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future customers.

Brendan is a huge asset for Peter Steven's, Ringwood. My Can Am motor bike arrived with some small scratches on some panels, this was not Peter Steven's fault, as this is how it arrived from the factory. When l made my 1000 KM service, Brendan changed all the scratched panels without a word. Amazing customer service, it blew me away. Great company, great ppl. Thanks Peter Stevens.

Great customer service, great company. I recently purchased a Can Am RT from Peter Steven's, Ringwood. The sales team were great, Brendan in particular was amazing. My bike arrived with some small scratches on a few panels. Big thank you to Raja for the whole sales experience at Peter Stevens. Having nearly sat on nearly every bike in the shop Raja was very patient, knowledgeable and very understanding of the needs for a first time buyer or myself in particular. I was very much at ease with the questions I had and never felt any pressure to buy.Although I didn't end up buying a bike in the end due to financial reasons. My purchase of the motor bike will need to be delayed due to life commitments.I will definitely be back to revisit to shop when I am ready. I highly recommend Raja and the Peter Stevens team for your motorcycle needs!
