Drifta Stockton Supastore - Heatherbrae

Walked in on Easter Saturday. Grabbed my click and collect and asked about two other items. Both were in stock and I grabbed something off the sale table. Now I'm ready for Easter holidays! Thanks Drifta for being open

When our Drifta awning pole snapped, we experienced some of the WORST customer service during the warranty claim.This is the reason we will never recommend or buy Drifta again.After submitting claim, we had to call up 4+ times to follow up. I was given an email address (which I shot an email to) and told I would be contacted but the call never came.After finally chasing up a manager (Kyto) and explaining the claim weeks later, we were brushed off like flies over the phone and told to collect a new pole from Melbourne depot. After arriving, the Melbourne supplier gave us the pole for the “Classic Awning”. This was the wrong pole - being vertical not horizontal and from the wrong awning. When we bought our awning it clearly states it is the “Classic Awning” on the invoice when received it as a promotion with RTT. Either the invoice labelling was wrong, or they have renamed the awnings causing utter confusion.Another call to the manager, he confirms to send out the correct pole for our awning. We have never seen, and will never see that pole. To be frank, I’m not fussed since the awning is not fit for purpose.Very disappointed with weak quality of Drifta awning poles and joins. The Adventure Kings Awning is stronger and costs less.

I have been to the shop in Gloucester a few times; their own brand products are that notch above most camping gear you find in Big Camping Franchises and the like. I went for a drive to have look at the Heatherbrae shop - well stocked, helpful staff. If you have time, check out Luke Sutton's story and how he started Drifta" Camping."

Friendly staff, that are always willing to help. Lots of items in store that you won't find anywhere else. Awesome range of Jet boil gear. High quality Australian made canvas, there is a bag for everyone and everything. Each time time I shop here I find a new item i have to have, Best charcoal and charcoal cooking products i have used. the fire table and fire pit is our go too option for BBQ time.

Great store but customer service was shocking. Waited 40 minutes to be served on a click and collect order. Everyone seemed to be on the phone and doing something more important than serving a customer in store. I understand being busy but it takes 5 seconds to hold a phone call.
