A really delicious dinner at Madala 134 tonight. Don't let the non-Thai items on the menu fool you - the Thai food here is authentic and packs a flavour punch.We started with the house-made deep fried pork (eminently smashable, great beer food) and the duck roti - the fried roti contrasted well with the savoury duck, rich hoisin, and the crunchy fresh vegetables (spring onion, capsicum, carrot, cucumber).The pad cha fish main special is where the true magic was - deep-fried barramundi with a intensely flavourful sauce with krachai, chillies, and pepper. Veggies made it a complete meal, absolutely delectable with a bowl of steamed rice. We also got the papaya salad (good, pretty spicy) and the lad na with beef, which I was pretty excited about as it's not something you find on every menu!Service was very attentive and food came out quickly. The friendly staff checked several times to make sure everything was going well. The restaurant was also quite busy on a Monday night - it's clearly a popular local spot.Would absolutely recommend Madala 134 for a great meal.

Have been looking around and reading reviews about the local restaurants and really glad we found this place! Every dish we ordered was superb and full of flavor! Like I always said, high rating comes with a reason! The service was also marvelous as the Gentleman who helped us place the order was a fun mate. Highly recommend!

The food and service was exceptional.Fried rice was ordered twice that's how much we liked it.Service was impeccable, very friendly staff.

Delicious Thai food! Had the tom kha soup (rich and creamy), sweet & sour barramundi (my favourite), and the pork rib penang curry (falls off the bone). Service was very friendly too. Great place for Thai food in Warrnambool.

Wow! The best Thai I’ve had in years. I wish we had this in Melbourne! So authentic, so delicious and such a graceful host. That coconut rice is amazing! Red duck curry was on point and had just the right about of spice.We’ll be back tomorrow!

Food was delicious! Service was impeccable! What a beautiful way to spend our wedding anniversary.We asked the owner to call us a cab at the end of our meal & he personally dropped us home! Wow! So impressed with the people & food at this charming establishment.Thank you!
