I had Jacob come to give a quote on a reverse cycle split system. When I got the quote, it was $1500 more than a quote I had received from another company. When I spoke to him about this, he said it was his fault, he buggered up.I will not be using this company. If they can make such a major and fundamental error at this point, I have no faith in their ability to successfully perform the installation.

I had an Evaporative cooler installed by this company in Bendigo. When it wasn't fitted correctly & had water pissing out of my roof, I called them & they wouldn't deal with me. They told me they contracted someone out to do the work so I had to call them instead. I paid Gas n Cool, they guarantee the work but wouldn't assist me when it all went bad. I will never buy from them again. I do not recommend them at all.

We had a Bonaire unit that died. Bree provided us with a recommendation, even upgrading to the higher spec model at the base model price as they had it in stock. Good price, good service, simple transaction, job done. Should have tried SH&CB before another competitor. Thanks Bree.
