I purchased a BMW X3 from Prestige Auto Traders Brisbane. Our salesman Jorge was fantastic, no sales pressure and was very open and honest about the car and the sale. Overjoyed with our new car, and the service we received, Highly recommended.

The customer service was very good and the transaction and handover for the purchase of my car went smoothly. I’m also very happy with the car, it is in great condition and the independent inspection I had conducted after purchase confirmed that it was mechanically sound.

Corey Ryan assisted my wife in a choice of a Mercedes C200 coupe. Corey was professional and highly experienced and informed about Mercedes and the stock that he had on the floor with regards to Mercedes vehicles. My wife ended up signing a contract and after thorough explanation of the various levels of extra insurance she could pay for on top of the vehicle, my wife decided on the 4 year warranty. Every step of the way through the transaction - from introducing the various Mercedes in the stock that he had - to explaining everything that my wife enquired about - to allowing her to take her time to read through the fine print of the contract before signing it (and even offering - and making a coffee for us - whilst she read through the fine print in privacy and without ANY PRESSURE WHATSOEVER), was 100% professional and of the highest standard. Corey exceeded our expectations and from what we have experienced he is the jewel in the crown for Prestige Auto Traders. Whilst there appears to be negative reviews for sales staff who are now no longer with Prestige Auto Traders, our experience with Corey can not be faulted. Simon even spoke to us today to chat about my wife's purchase and Simon, to us, is not what he is portrayed on the reviews. Whilst we were hesitant after reading the negative reviews - I urge anyone to experience the Corey" salesmanship themselves before placing a preconceived view of Prestige Auto Traders. Simon certainly was not how he has been portrayed in a few negative reviews and was extremely polite

100% recommend Prestige Auto Traders at Mansfield. I recently bought an Audi SQ5 from them, Jorge saw us through with the sale and kept an open dialogue all the way which made a nice change in today's world. After sales Warranty on the vehicle was fully supported and I flagged that a warning light showed up on the car 3 days after drive away - I called them up and Jace the technician at Prestige looked after us like gold!.., got the car analysed by a another off site specialist and got a sensor replaced and some remedial works done.
