I had tins of paint purchased at an auction which had been opened previously, I took them in today to get them tinted expecting to get given a bit of a hard time about the paint (Because I didn't buy it there) but I was not only congratulated on my penny pinching ways but they refused to charge me to tint the paint!Absolutely not the experience I had prepared myself for at all!Needless to say I will pay the extra in future and buy my paint directly from these guys!Good old fashioned customer service always wins the day!
