Ashfield Early Learning Centre

Our child went here from 10 months old to 2.5 years ( we moved out of the area so had to take her out). We were so sad on her last day because AELC has truly become an extended family for our little girl. She was treated with so much love and care and each educator, even the ones in different rooms, really got to know her. She is vegan, and they always made the effort to create nutritious meals for her that she always ate. She was given the opportunity to participate in so many interesting and fun and educational activities that we like to credit daycare to creating such a chatty, smart toddler with an eagerness to join in on everything around her. From a baby to a toddler, everyone at AELC really helped give our girl a fantastic start to her childhood. We will miss everyone there and wish we could have brought the centre with us to our new home!

My 14 month old loves the educators at AELC. He started at 10 months and his language and social skills have thrived.The staff are excellent, nurturing and kind and go above and beyond.Every day I drop my son off I feel relaxed knowing he’s in safe, loving, capable hands.

This was the first daycare my child went to, when she was only 8 months old. We have now moved out of the area and our new daycare just doesn't compare.I really felt like the educators loved my daughter as if she were their own. What I liked about this centre was that they have thought out and structured activities for the children to do and they keep the parents informed throughout the day and at pick up of how the child's day was. I will miss this place! The educators are very warm and caring.

My son was in the baby room almost one year. All educators there are wonderful, they care babies from their heart. Next month my son will be in the toddler room because he turns to age 2. The centre offers transition to the little one to help him to be familiar with new environment. That's would be really helpful. I feel my son is happy in the centre and he learnt and grew up much through the year. I have to give 5 star to the centre. All educators in the centre always have warm smiles to both parents and kids.

All my children have attended Ashfield Early Learning Centre since 2013. My youngest is currently in the preschool room. The owner Wendy goes beyond to provide the best care and support for the kids. From recreational activities like socceroos, basketball or happy feet classes, the kids get to enjoy a variety of activities whilst learning and having fun. The information boards the parents receive about their children, the progress observations, the cooking class and language classes are just some of the great things offered here. The safety policies and procedures of the centre and the way they have dealt with the recent COVID pandemic is nothing short from exceptional . The educators are all professional and really show great care and love for the children. During our time at the centre one of my children required additional care due to a health condition, the centre and educators were so accepting and really were attentive with managing my child's care. You really feel part of a family here. It's an amazing childcare and you can be assured that your children are in the best care and in a wonderful learning environment.

My daughter has been attending AELC for over a year now. First in sunflowers (babies) room, now in twinkles (toddlers). She absolutely loves it. Her development has come on in leaps and bounds, I can't believe it to see our meek and shy little girl hanging off bars at the park and confidently talking to everyone. All the staff are lovely and there's plenty of opportunity to interact with other families. Miss Wendy runs a great facility!

We've been with AELC for a few years, and we really like it. We love the educators for their genuine care and appreciate the ongoing updates and how much they notice about our children. Our first child started in the baby room 3 years ago and our second child also started attending AELC recently. All the educators that looked after our first child are still with AELC and most are now caring for our second child. The low staff turnover is a testament to the positive internal culture of AELC and a great source of comfort for us as parents to have such continuity of care. We also appreciate that the centre is not too large (the educators and kids all know each other) and that it is located next to a park in an airy, light filled building.

Our little one has attended AELC throughout 2020 in the babies room. Bina and the team are amazing - they genuinely care for the babies and do everything possible to ensure they are happy and have a wonderful day. The center is warm and friendly, and the educators take a real interest in their development and provide frequent updates on how they are doing. We cannot thank the team enough for making our little one feel at home, we would highly recommend the center to anyone considering sending their child to AELC.

My son has been in AELC for almost a year now and he loves it! Wendy, the director is diligent and is constantly trying to upgrade the facilities and holds her staff to high standards. She is both responsive and helpful.The teachers in the babies' room: Bina, Vera and Makayla are caring, patient and hardworking. They continuously work on engaging the babies and toddlers with activities. Whenever I've raised concerns with my son: teething, transitioning to a sippy cup they have always been sensitive, understanding and supporting. My boy smiles before he enters and runs to the Sunflower room with excitement, I know he loves it there.... What more could a parent want?

Highly recommended childcare. My daughter started there from baby room, and has been there for almost two years. Now she cannot wait to transit into the preschool room with her friends made there.A few good points about this one are, 1, educators are always patient with little ones and easy to approach to discuss parents' concerns. 2, there are both female and male educators, which I believe is vital to little one's personality growth. 3, the facility is nice and clean. Also I can see their equipments have been updated recently. 4, I have seen many parents brought their second one in to join their siblings, which it is a good sigh for us.
