Don't expect to be let in if it's close to 9pm.. arrived at 8.55pm to have security turn us away and verbally abuse us, will be calling corporate tomorrow to report as I doubt he even works for the store, yet staff stood there and backed him up, will never be returning.

This particular store managers, please explain to your checkout operator VIVI that it's not good to cancel transaction in order to scan sneakily her friend's rewards card (who was standing behind us) during someone else's shopping, while the person is getting the card out of the wallet. We might not understand the language you spoke, but we saw what you VIVI and your friend did. Shame we were short of time, next time I'm going to report you in the spot VIVI!

Such a unprofessional& rude staff. Firsty, no greetings by the assisted checkout team member name Doris. We have got the heavy water carton and it hasn’t been scanned. So I tried to use the heavy items option and by mistake I have selected the wrong one. On asking for assistance from Doris. She came very angrily and started shouting at us what you were doing till now. Is this the way to talk your customers? I told her we tried to scan it and barcode didn’t scan. So i tried to select it from the screen but its the wrong one. If there is a zero rating . I would definitely give that for such a behaviour. Please teach your staff how to behave with your customers.

I live in Bentley but go to this Woolworths instead. Woolworths seems to spend more time and effort in the better areas. The bakery at Bentley is pathetic and the range of fresh fruit, vegetables and seafood is very low standards.Victoria park Woolworths on the other hand is worth driving that little bit extra for considerable more range, obvious difference in quality, range and freshness.Recommend spending the extra effort going here instead.

Do the staff do the right job when they are replacing the price tags under products?No. The past 2 weeks I have bought goods that have had one price underneath and scanned at a higher price. Someone needs to make sure that the price tags match the price that they are scanned at.
