Jack is a fantastic, honest, caring and a genuine person. I would highly recommend to anyone to use them for your car repairs, service. They are value for money and are keen to explain the likely issue and answer your questions, so you know your getting the correct job done.In my case an issue that wasn't resolved for nearly a year, solved straight away and another cosmetic issue multiple mechanics didn't resolve over several years solved. Extremely happy!

Amazing service. Got my Volkswagen Passat services from here. Mohammad was very professional and informed me about the additional service my car needed. Got my disc brake set changed and suspension fixed as well and that too all over the phone to help manage my time while I was at work. Easy pick up of car till late hours. Also gave me a detailed invoice with a logbook stamp describing all the work done. Definitely recommend and would be coming back for sure.

I went to the “Mycar (franchise Auto company)” to get my pink slip for the rego., but I was advised that my car had an oil leak and they couldn't detect the source, hence, needed to find another mechanic to fix it.Luckily, Ells Auto team came to the picture and Jack helped to diagnose the leaking problem source despite of not having an experience with my vehicle. In a very short period of time Nino organized a replacement part for my car and it got fixed even though they had 20 other vehicles to fix.Thank you for your dedication and service!

I have used Ells Auto Service Centre for the last 5-6 years. Muhammed, and now Andre are very friendly guys, have provided very good service at a reasonable price. I get my pink slip inspections and car service done by them, they explain things and always get prior permission before doing any additional work that needs to be done. I recommend them.

Had a great experience with Jack at Ells in Ryde. Went out of his way and stayed late to get a big job done on my car. Great to deal with and fair pricing too. Highly recommend these guys.

i went to Ells Auto Service Centre for a pink slip and they explained there was so much wrong with my Ford Focus as I knew there were problems with the car shuddering all the time. I thought my car would be in the workshop for over a week, but to my surprise they fixed everything and made it roadworthy for me in a day. I had the smoothest drive home as Nino promised I would. Thank you so much and I will be back for future services and advice. I work at Carlingford Court shopping centre behind Ells Auto Service, so this is very convenient for me as I don't have to take a day off work. I will be spreading the word around the centre about the wonderful service.

I have 3 years experience servicing my car here.They do a decent job overall, and provided quick pink slip on my first visit.Year 2 - Front brake pad replacement + lower control arm bush = 1200$Year 3 - Rear brake pad + (again) lower control arm bush + engine rocker cover = 1500$I have been generally happy, but I lost my trust when they tried to replace the same front lower control arm bush 2 years in a row for 550$. It is the same part number and 3 hr labor on the invoice.I paid anyway just to pass my pink slip, but prob would not be going again.I attached the 2 receipt less than 1 year apart. 08/10/2019, 01/11/2018. Part number EP9187. both are front lower control arm bush kit replacement.I did mask my personal info in the receipt, but If Ells is sincre about warranty refund, im sure you have my record to contact via email.

Went to these guys yesterday for a well-overdue service, they were amazing. Jack explained everything that needed to be done over the phone, and was able to get it all done on the same day. Was also able to drop me to work after I dropped my car off which was a huge help. Great service and great work, thanks guys

Excellent service - 100% recommend. The guys were very friendly and kind. I came in for a pink slip and there was an issue with my oil. They showed me the issue and explained what needed to be done. They were able to get it fixed super quick (same day) and for a reasonable price. These guys were very genuine so I do recommend their service.
