Looking for a good bike shop this would have to be the place. Glen Potter the owner is a passionate biker. Has been repairing, fixing, replacing bikes for 27 Years. This guy has forgotten mo than most people know a bout a bike. I have a small problem with my Mountain Bike, he informed me he could fix it up immediately. Impressive, taking my bike to home next week for the attention it needs. Left this shop feeling really confident about the service.

I hadn't bought a bike from a retail shop in 15 years because every time I tried, I remembered why I I'd been buying online. Roger changed that with his exceptional service. He and his team reminded me of the benefits of buying retail, e.g. spending the time with me to set up the bike's suspension and run through all of the nuances, without any rushing. While I have had many bikes, just bought my first from at Ride Union today! Great service and an excellent bike build from the the team. The rotors are straight, the headset tight. These guys know thier stuff. Best bike shop I'm Adelaide by a long way.

Awesome MTB store. Great brands and very good mechanics. Roger is on the ball and can sort out any of your MTB issues great workshop. Solid assortment of brands too. Love the Hope and Alpine stars pop in its worth the drive .

Exceptional customer service with good quality products. If you are new to mountain biking and e-bikes you must go to Ride Union Bike Co; the staff are extremely knowledgeable and so we felt very comfortable purchasing our 2 Focus e-bikes from them. We tried several shops in the city and this one stood out for their customer service by far! Equally it's always better to buy local when you can!
