I originally engaged Dawn (Design Director) to provide design advice and drawings for remodelling my master bathroom. During our initial session, I was so impressed at her aesthetic and technical knowledge of design as well as her passion and enthusiasm that I then engaged her to provide design advice and drawings for a full home renovation. The design Dawn put together took all my different ideas and converted them into a cohesive and beautiful end product. My husband and I needed a full renovation of a house we had purchased. We considered hiring an interior designer but dismissed the idea as too expensive; our budget was modest given how much we needed done. We had a couple of kitchen renovation places give us quotes and do up some preliminary designs, but we weren't happy with the results. It felt just a bit too generic, like our needs hadn't fully been accounted for, and offered no guidance whatsoever on how to make it all look good and work together. We tried to make tweaks and quickly realised we were way in over our heads.We hired Dawn and Madison and never looked back. One of the things I appreciated most was how responsive they were; in my experience, that is, sadly, not a given when working with many services. They listened carefully to our needs, spending as much time as it took, and they were very thoughtful about our feedback throughout the process. Their knowledge and professionalism was so apparent, and they were able to raise issues for consideration that I never would have thought of. They were direct when it was required and made a very workable design to suit our budget. The outcome is something so much better than we ever could have come up with on our own. It is beautiful, high quality, and most importantly, very functional to suit our needs. I cannot recommend them enough. We are now very excited about our upcoming renovation and no longer feeling overwhelmed. That peace of mind, and the amazing outcome, is so worth it. We would work with them again in a heartbeat.
