When they have their sales is the best time to Shop at rivers. I find their full price items are just to expensive. I have bought clothes , shoes, ugg boots and more at Rivers some of their styles are not always to my taste. And you need to choose carefully when getting shoes from here. Sometimes they are good but other times they are not. I think it all depends upon the style and how much padding they put on the soled the shoes. Again sometimes comfortable but other times not so much.

Went to Knox ozone store today and just had to congratulate the young man who served me I believe his name was Ashley S. His customer service was exceptional from the moment I stepped foot in the door, greeting me and advising me of todays specials on more than one occasion. He was a very happy pleasant person which was very nice to experience. Thanks Ashley for making my trip to Knox a pleasant one.

Minimal staff, not super nicely decked out, but bargain clothing. Its away from the major shopping section of knox. Shoes are my favorites - super comfortable for daily wear - even womens shoes that are suitable for work

I love the bargains there. No points for the decor but that's why it's a warehouse clearance centre. Not complaining. Just mentioning it so you don't have high expectations in that respect. But did I say Great bargains? Especially the weekly specials. Be disciplined and you'll save a bundle if you shop at the right time!

One of the best customer service over all the rivers stores. The boy who served me made my day. Really helpful & polite. I m in Berwick, but I m visiting that store although I have to go 35km.Thanks Knox Rivers. You shoud teach your good qualities to other store members.If anyone wants worst & rude customer service ever plz visit Cranbourne store. They ruin your day specially if you are from outside Australia.

They have many different styles for both men and women, ranging from thongs/ flip flops, sandals, court shoes, small wedges, leather, and casual running style shoes, up to Ladies size 43 & Men's size 14.They also have a range of bags, including backpacks. A cute canvas shopping bag caught my eye that said I wake up fabulous"–I considered buying it as a gift for someone
