Chiropractic Life - Durack

Lilli and Georgia are always a pleasure to see when you walk through the door and ready to look after me and tell me where to go at all times and ensure that I am looked after promptly by Dr Lachie.

Very dissapointed with today. I was on my way to a 1840 appointment and I was running on time. I received a phone call from the business advising I had to attend 15min early for paperwork and due to this, my appointment was cancelled as I was now late. I received a confirmation phone call yesterday and this was NEVER communicated to me, nor was it communicated to me when I made the booking. I am not quite sure why this information wasn't verbalised to me as I'm sure its almost as big of an inconvenience to the businesses time as it is their customers time. All I can say is this was really poor customer service and lucky for me I'm not half way through a treatment plan with them so now I can conveniently explore other options. Good riddance.

Lets start with the two lovely ladies Georgia and Lilli, who no matter what will always welcome you with a beautiful cheerful smile.My husband first started seeing Dr Aaron for his back pain and the results have been amazing seeing him happy with being able to make movement again and not being in so much pain has been wonderful. With all the pain I suffer in my shoulders from working in an office environment and holding stress in my shoulders, my husband suggested I start seeing Dr Aaron, at first I was a bit nervous I have suffered pain for so long and had no luck with Chiros in the past. However Dr Aaron took the time to explain how a chiro works, what they do for the spine and why u need to visit multiple times a week to get results, he also takes xrays that are used over the course of the appointments to show what changes are happening, and how it helps to fix the sublaxation" in your spine (incorrect curves). It took at least three weeks to feel the progress that I have made

Highly recommend! All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. When I first started seeing Aaron I was having chronic debilitating headaches multiple times a day . After a couple of treatments with Aaron, my headaches reduced by around 80% and now most days I don’t get headaches at all!Thank you so much Aaron.

The first time I came to this place, I was really in pain. I could hardly move my shoulder and needs help in getting dressed. Two months ago, I have been having headache almost everyday and I have been taking Panadol 3-4 times a day with no relief. Now, I hardly drink Panadol or use heat pack for my shoulder. I would like to thank the Chiropractic Life-Durack team for being professional and flexible in accommodating my busy schedule.

They pull you in with the initial consultation by over exaggerating subluxation and degradation in joints only to charge huge amounts of money to do the same 5 minute routine every time you come in. Expressed issues with both my neck and back and was told they could only treat an individual problem at a time despite the issues being related, presumably to keep you seeing them for a longer period of time.Completely lost me when they made us attend an information session to convince you chiropractic treatments work with a 30 min long slide show referencing “studies” that have absolutely 0 sources and some sketchy before and after X-rays which don’t even look like the same person. Definitely consider other chiropractors before coming here.

These guys are awesome. They have changed a lot of posture things I do.

Amazing place from the get go. Georgia and Lilli are so lovely and accommodating. Lochie has been phenomenal in realigning my spine and improving my wellbeing, especially my insomnia / sleep, and very knowledgeable.

I've been coming here for over 3 months now and can say that all of my back pain is now gone and I have noticed improvements in lots of other areas of my health. I enjoy the holistic approach too as it has inspired me to treat my body better and reap the rewards for doing so. I cant thank the team enough for what they did for me geogie and lilli always welcoming and caring and the boys a great team that strive and care and listen to your needs and get the job done i was fortunate to get to know dr lachie who has changed my life got rid of pain and made me be able to play with my kids again cant thank you guys enough my time in darwin not long enough but travelling through and finding them was amazing and now to have moved destinations they went out of their way to recommend me someone that works the same way as then go team take care up there goodluck with the build up love sarah
