I booked an appointment for just a gel manicure. After sat down, the nail tech did not confirm my appointment so she started trimming my nails short, preparing for an acrylic full set. I asked why she pulled the tips out, since I only wanted gel. Long story short, miscommunication between the coworkers occurred and I got blamed and got rudely spoke at for “booking a full-set” when I definitely asked for gel.

Had a spa pedicure yesterday which was amazing, highly recommend for this! I decided I'd go back for my nails done and it was a very different experience. I wasn't happy with the polish job as it was uneven, thick and the edges weren't straight. They said that's the best they can do so instead of taking the polished off and replacing it, another woman violently took the colour off, even damaging my nail bed all while speaking in a different language, the woman was so angry she was shaking. I left the salon quite shook up. Also had 4 technicians work on my nails. I won't be returningEDIT:Since the salon came under new management (2022) I've found the staff to be amazing and I'd highly recommend this salon!

They did a great job on my nails.Happy to just do my requests.Staff were very pleasant and helpful.The last nail salon I was in, provided a hand massage inclusive of price.This service was great but I'll stick to the Brisbane Salon.

Update. An offer to redo the work has been accepted. Thank you. This is how you restore faith in a business.Shellac toe nails and a massage for my granddaughter and I . Her birthday treat and my fun time Spoilt when within an hour of getting home 2 of the toes lost the shellac polish . Friendly staff, a great massage, but really I expect nails to last for longer than a few hours. Poor effort.

Went here for a repair. The girl who did the repair was pleasant and tried her best to match the colour already on my nails. Happy with the results.

The skin on my feet has needed attention lately so I've been coming here for maybe 6 months. Previously I've never been one for frequent pedicures so I don't have HEAPS to compare it to but they we lovely, clean and did a great massage. I'm currently in here at 4:30pm just before they close and I can see the team cleaning the store very thoroughly including all chairs and stations. I can't speak to their equipment processes but I've not once been concerned about the appearance of a file and all clippers have come out of sterile bags. I went to another place in Stocklands and immediately regretted it, will not stray in the future.

One star is too generous for this place!!! I will never go back to get my nail done. I was charged extra to have chosen a different colour for my ring fingers. The person who did my bail had no interest to know what I want! I have been doing my nail in another city for the last 10 years and I know what I want. My nail looks awful now. The nail worker said they would charge me to take the nail off!!!
