Rude staff. Had to ask everything twice. Asked about pork belly answer was , pork belly WHAT, roast dinner , roll?Got a meal, Luke warm and a sarcastic ' you must have at least 2 sides SIR. Went back to ask for krackle as I had none , more l Iike chewing gum rather than crackle.I won't be back anytime soon.

This was genuinely the worst customer service experience I have had in my whole life. I spent over $50 here today and all the food was incorrect and the chips were old and stale. I called up to complain that I was missing ingredients in food and that the chips were old and in turn I received a rude and abrupt old woman over the phone who ended up hanging up on me within 45 seconds of the phone call. I tried calling back several times and received no answer. I’ve got food sitting here that isn’t getting eaten and $50 down the drain. Biggest disappointment and most horrible management, looking at reviews I’m surprised this store hasn’t had police presence in regards to how management treat their staff.

I order a roast lamb, pumpkin and gravy roll and a lemonade. The bun was stale and the food was cold. The roll and drop bk cost $17.50 , should have gone to leave nestar for the $20 lunch deal. Give this place a miss it's pricey and the food is stale/ cold .

Disgustingly rude owner. Asked questions regarding the food was met with a very rude tone and rolled eyes. Food was DISGUSTING and bland. When the owner is RUDE expect the food to be unpleasant. WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN !

Me and my group of 3 friends were just getting into Perth for the day and we were hungry so we decided to eat here unfortunately,When my friends meal came out unready we asked for it to be cooked a little more and she took the plate off him without a word and never returned,after 25 mins we went upto her asked what's up and she said we don't deserve to eat here and then she started screaming and basically chased him out to the food court

Absolutely disgusting. Friend had fish and chips. Fish was slush. Took it back and was told no refund as it had been half eaten. Hadn't even touched it, just cut it. Staff so rude and very aggressive. Will be putting the word out. DONT EAT THERE

Do you want to be yelled at by staff for no reason? Then this is the place to go!Me, my boyfriend and family came in around 1:15 to order some food. We were being served by a young girl who seemed nice. However the lady that kept yelling at us and interrupting must’ve been the manager. It started off by my boyfriend just asking for no pickle on the burger and the ‘manager’ or whoever that lady was yelled out (it doesn’t come with pepper anyways) and the cashier corrected her and said “he said pickles” anyways.. it’s just rude to interrupt the cashier and staff abruptly like that. Next thing was my boyfriend asked if we could get extra seasoning/ salt on the chips and the lady just kept going off at us, interrupting the cashier and just yelling in such a rude tone! She said “we can’t put seasoning on it because of covid reasons and we give you the salt and pepper and you put it on yourself” in such an impolite, ill-mannered way. By that point I was annoyed and I said he’s not even getting angry so why are you yelling at us, and she started saying sorry.. but to be honest I don’t think we should’ve been treated that way at all for no reason and by the rest of the reviews I can tell the management are rude to every customer and staff member that’s there. If I could I would give 0 stars, I have never in my life experienced staff so rude. You guys need to do something about how these management or staff or whoever they are talk to their customers it is going to ruin your business. We were very tempted to just walk away and go order somewhere else but our other family had already ordered. If the staff can treat people this badly with zero remorse they can probably tamper with your food. DONT GO HERE.

Prices are a little high and wait times are a long, but the food is always excellent. Massive shout out to Danny though, who provided excellent customer service when he was clearly under pressure at a high volume period of the day. Thanks Danny!
