Today when I went in I was disgusted as so many people just casually walking in and out without mask and not checking in...I have had several alerts regarding COVID cases from this place which is not surprising based on what I saw today. Used to be better. I fill there at least 3 to 4 times a week and I think they had a change in management or staff. The buckets for window washing were always full with soapy water, now usually empty of full of dirty water. It may not seem much but its the little things that are important.

I went in to fuel up late at night 10:50pm after work, walked in and needed to do abit of shopping for work the next day and the old worker was so rude.Told me to hurry up because he had to close and kept asking me if I was done when I asked for a minute just to get together some food.I payed for my fuel, didn’t end up purchasing any food as he was very rude and pushy. As I started to walk through the sliding doors he shut them on me and almost hit me.I will be taking this further and will never use Ampol again.

Local petrol station. Good customer service no matter when i went. Always clean.I'm just waiting for the time when no one will have to buy petrol ever again. Charge your cars at home like your phone. Or the need to own a car will not be necessary. Till such technologically great times comes to pass, I'll have to buy petroleum begrudgingly. Perhaps from this Caltex.
