Took my 2 year old puppy for his vaccinations and the staff are so lovely and you can tell they really love their animals. Milo was so calm the whole time

Exceptional Vets and Team! Recent new client with several elderly animals and their care, knowledge, advice is second to none. I've spoken with several Vets and support team and they have certainly made a great impression. Knowledgeable, sharing info in plain English, compassionate, supportive with pricing quite reasonable. I can't imagine going anywhere else..I just wish I'd discovered them earlier ⭐️

The friendly service and professional care we received today for our 15 y/old cat was second to none. The staff & vet were kind, caring, thorough & informative. The highest recommendations for Peter, takes his time with care, always explains his findings well, discusses options and really looks into ruling out other possible medical issues. Could not ask for a better experience at the veterinary clinic.

The staff here are very dedicated and compassionate. They not only have your pet's best interest at heart they have the owner's best interests at heart. Their prices are far more reasonable than other vets I have been to in Launceston. I am so glad I chose to go here.

Rude bunch of people who only care about money. They keep taking your money even if they know you can't afford it. They will take advantage of you wherever they can. Run up charges without consulting you first. No bedside manner what so ever and show no compassion like calling and leaving a message saying they are checking on your pets welfare only for you to ring them back and have them not mention your pet once but to purely ask about payment details. After multiple negative experiences with them I sought second opinions on my pets health issues and was told that the treatment they were extending to longer than necessary was actually causing more harm than good. I nearly lost my fur baby because of these rude money hungry Scrooge's. If you use them listen to your gut when you feel like somethings not right.

Been going to this clinic the last year with my 2 senior dogs. They are friendly professional but also down to earth. (Main thing they are good with my babies and know what there doing). They will accommodate you as soon as they can.
