Mark was not at all responsive to questions. He failed to warn me about the replacement clauses the builder had amended to the contract that would require variations to be paid when ever they wanted them to be. And that they could decide to add variations without my agreement. Very poor service and not at all cheap. Do not use them.

Just saw the response back to my complaint - please don’t lie in regards to the incompetency for your staff and the lack of responsiveness from even your owners! I have proof for the repeated lies and attempts at making my queries feel irrelevant. I would’ve have lost $2000+ had I not questioned the costs and payments repeatedly! I was constantly told everything was done by the agencies was correctly, when the paperwork submitted by your staff was not correct!I still am awaiting the refund the I’m rightfully entitled to for your lack of service and lack of expertise!I would give your company a negative rating if I had the ability!

To James McGuireWhere do I begin, Firstly thank you Toni for passing me on to James McGuire what an experienced professional, James what a sharp shooter the wealth of knowledge and confidence in the court room amazing for such a young man. I was looking at possibly a good 4 years in incarceration I had prepared my self for the worst, James told me he had this I was sceptical as my charges where very serious. But James for over an hour and possibly half this man had my back he made shore, I don't know how my credibility was not lost. When this man puts his gloves on he comes out swinging pound for pound worth his weight in gold bullion. Day 2 James was on fire the wanted me locked away, as it was a serious matter, James's confidence, sharp looks, integrity and the Ability to work under such pressure is Outstanding. Outcome not guilty on all 8 charges what talented young man. Service was am easy 11 out of 10 thank you much
