The new reception team are great! Very helpful. I've seen a few different doctors and I have had a positive experience each time. Keep it up.

Doctors and nurses are all fantastic and couldn't fault them. The receptionists however are some of the rudest humans I've ever come across. And not just one or two, I have been served by and called by different receptionists over the last 2 years and not one has had an inkling of customer service. Degrading, abrupt, foul looks on their face, yelling at children, condescending, and not to mention I've heard them talking negatively about patients before after getting off the phone with them. You reception staff will ruin the practice. Simply read the other 8 negative reviews directed towards them.

Dr Lauren-Phoebe Nielsen is an angel. She has always been kind and empathetic to any of my concerns. She is professional and always enthusiastic to see you. I’m so glad to have found her as a doctor, especially for female health.

I was very sick recently with a bad cough which nagged me for 3 weeks and it was getting worse. I saw Dr. Tom Buckley who started me on antibiotics and ordered viral swabs and sputum culture tests. Turned out that I had 2 viral infections and a bacterial infection at the same time. And I started feeling so much better after the antibiotics. And this time around, it turned out that I needed the antibiotics.Previously, I had flu like symptoms and went to see the doctor after 7 days as I was not feeling better. Dr. Buckley again started me on antibiotics and did a viral swab and it turned out to be just viral, so he asked me to stop the antibiotics and I got better after a few days.Dr. Buckley is very friendly, kind and courteous. I'm very happy with both the times I went to this medical centre. I would highly recommend this place.

Dr Jennifer Garlick is a warm, knowledgeable and trustworthy doctor for all your medical needs and is a 5 star doctor.All the staff are welcoming and friendly and appointment alerts are text to your phone prior to your appointment.Great value ad is the on-site nurse and clinic area to save time and money in going to a hospital.

Very helpful. Excellent customer service

From my personal experience the staff (Drs, nurses, front counter) are wonderful. Perhaps a victim of their own success, its often difficult to get an appointment for days (or, for a specific doctor, it can be weeks). The gap between Medicare rebate & scheduled fees, something not wholly their fault, is quite large (although they do bulk bill pensioners & concession holders, which is great). I have no hesitation commending the practice, as long as the issues I've mentioned aren't deal-breakers.

The receptionist calling out for my crying 18 month old to SHUT UP" multiple times after getting his vaccinations is so incredibly unkind. I get people have bad days

The doctors are great are the nurses.Though some of the receptionists could be better.EDIT, As of approximately the beginning on 2023 the practice has become much better. There are some new reception staff who are much better than a few previous staff(I won't name names) and are lovely.
