Gemma and the Team were awesome helping out with the wife's birthday voucher!! Did everything over the phone, lured the wife in and gave her a great surprise with a bottle of champagne and all, they even filmed and sent to me!! We ended up sending more and the wife has a unique piece that only Gemma and her team could produce. Great all round experience.

Thank-you Gemma and team for your help and recommendations to create two very lovely custom pieces. It was an enjoyable, easy process and I felt welcomed every time I visited the store. Both pieces exceeded my initial budget however I’m very happy with the outcome and glad I didn’t compromise in quality. The staff were excited about the designs and reinforced how nice it is to buy a unique, one of a kind custom piece. Highly recommend these guys, great little shop!

Can't fault Gemma, her creativity and workmanship is second to none. She takes the time to hear your ideas and then offers her own to get an amazing piece. I melted all my old gold jewellery down and received the most magnificent ring. If you are shopping around, include Gemma Baker in your places to visit. You'll be in love!
