A very pleasant experience in the purchase of my new Ford Focus. I cannot speak highly enough of your Salesman Chris. We did the 6 hour drive to Perth and upon our arrival, contacted your business in regard to this particular vehicle . Chris was extremely helpful, in which he drove the car to us for us to view and test drive. It was very smooth sailing from there. We were very happy with our purchase and the customer service given to us by Chris. There were a couple of minor scratches that were dealt with promptly and efficiently. We had arranged with Chris to collect our car at 10am today. The car had been detailed fully and immaculate. Chris is extremely efficient, informative, a pleasure to do business with and an asset to your business.

Polite, helpful, but limited capability.I bought my Mitsubishi Challenger from this dealership in 2015 with no problem . . . BUT:1. A few years ago something blew in the engine while towing my caravan up steep incline and the car went into limp mode". Their mechanics had the car for a week and could not find the fault - so I took it to John Hughes and they fixed it in one day.2. I bought a new phone this year but it would not pair with the car's bluetooth

We recently bought a Hyundai Tucson from this dealership and can’t fault the car or the service. I dealt with car salesman, Chris, who was professional, informative, friendly and honest, making this an easy process. We are extremely happy with the car and managed to secure it for a great price. Would highly recommend Chris and this car dealership to others.

If i could give less I would. Just another car yard only worse.Recently purchased a $30000 4x4. Salesman took us on their route which only got car up to 60km hr. Came back agreed to buy, didn't haggle price or try and get a better deal, even purchased the $1800 upgraded warranty. We picked car up on sat morn after having to pay an extra $199 for them to spray glen 20 inside the cab as a covid clean" We went to take it to Bunbury for a drive and as soon as we got it up to 100km hr the car started shaking violently. The car yard is now closed

Simon is one of the most genuine guys that there is. He kept it simple and hassle free. Not only did he do the car for me but also helped me with my insurance. I am really grateful to him and the people in there so once again thanks SIMON.

The best experience we have ever had at a car dealership! As females, Chris was fantastic and looked out for us like daughters. He explained everything really well and was happy to answer any questions we had. Simon was freaking awesome! Finance was quick and easy and made us feel like we had known him forever!! If you want 10 star service head down to these guys. They will get you sorted and driving away in that new car!We will be back in the future!

Our salesman Jerome was very helpful providing us with lots of information about the vehicle and was not pushy at anytime during our dealings with him. The owner, Frank, took the time to have a chat with us whilst we were closing the deal and offered to throw in a couple of extra’s to help sweeten the deal.
