It’s been almost 2 years since I moved into one of PIKOS’s apartment. The building located at Belgrave Street, in Balmoral is just amazing. It is a 3 bedrooms unit spacious and well equipped. Location is perfect as there is plenty of cafes, restaurants, cinemas, gym, supermarkets and green fields just walking distance!

Use poor quality builders, don't deliver on promises and developments are severely delayed. Will definitely avoid in the future.

Great company. We purchased a unit in Newfarm off Pikos and had a great experience. We had a few teething problems but the guys worked with us to work through the issues and end up with a fair result. Definitely use them again.

Great and honest company! My husband and I purchased a unit in kangaroo point and we couldn’t be happier. They gave us everything we wanted plus more! Would highly recommend using Pikos.
