The service from SSDL has been fantastic. Sebastian and Kathy have both solved all of our computer problems and explained things in a way for us non technical people to understand. Sebastian initially came to our business to sort out our issues and then he and Kathy were able to sort out a few small problems remotely. We have had others in the past that have been very expensive and have left us bewildered and unsatisfied.
