Parts dont get ordered when said . Chased for 8 weeks and still no answer on time frame blamed supplier being at the murrumbateman field days for delay. Found part online will be here within the week . Apparently Not interested in working with a company without an account from SEMCO. Dont waste your time with parts service.

I work for a major fleet company - used them for a breakdown this afternoon - brilliant service. On site in approx 30 mins - fixed in 20. Brilliant service from our initial call to the call from the tech to let us know the job was complete.

I’d go half a star if I could.. I waited 45 for service. 3 staff looking at their computers and didn’t acknowledge me at all. They didn’t know there products or the price of them. Another man got frustrated and walked out while I was there. I almost walked out myself. Never going there again……… this occurred at the Queanbeyan Yass road store as suggested my location of this review.

This keeps getting worse,Steve Z who responded from operations isn't even available.Semco Queanbeyan said at 9am, not sure but ramps are not hear.Will call back in 10 minute's.Now 4 hours.Had to organize a truck now to move the machine cost over $200.This is crazy.The staff don’t seem to care that your trying to make a living.Been lied to for 2 weeks now.Sold me the wrong ramps, lucky I checked directly with the manufacturer.Ordered the right ones, told a couple of days.
