Went into Central West communications today needed help with an isolator for my second battery in my campervan.The older female came to me I told her what I was looking for she straight out said no I don't even know what that is don't have any idea.I have bought many items from Jay Car around Australia this store comes up as Jaycar Emerald but falls very short of the great customer service given in other towns from this company.Did not want to help or be bothered told me to go to Auto electrician.Won't be going back to this store. They should have knowledge about what they have in their store and what it's all for.I know Jay car sell isolators this store didn't even look or seem interested in the least.

Went in to get a part for my phone booster. The lady there was so friendly and helpful. Will recommend anyone travelling through to drop in.
