A mate of mine purchased a jetski of them last year, and he referred me on to Simon. A pleasure to do business with, purchased my brand new Seadoo jetski from Simon, Best on service and prices. After sales service was even better. Will be doing business with them again .

Traded a boat for a smaller one Andrew the sales person was fabulous BUT took it back for the first service new motor dropped it off on Saturday and wanted it back on Friday wasn't ready until the following Wednesday asked how much told 330 ish I queried the price and it dropped to 270 rang another agent and asked how much to service the motor and quoted 132 why buy local I've been ripped off

I bought a Jetski yesterday from Andrew and the service that I received was horrible. On initial enquiry, I felt as though I was being treated as a female who was enquiring on behalf of a partner who was the 'actual purchaser'. This was most definitely not the case. Getting them to respond to enquiries and return phone calls was also ridiculous and the amount of chasing up I had to do was not great. I did, still get the jet-ski, but mainly only because they were the closest Sea-Doo dealer to me for 3 hours. But the customer service could very much improve.I would also like to add, that Mark, one of the owners I believe, did call me to try and rectify the situation and did say that some of the things I experienced should not have been the case and actually talked me through the ski on the things that are important and 'need to know' and answered the questions that I had left.

Can not recommend this place enough. Andrew was honest and made our decision to buy a jet-ski so much easier. Andrew is very knowledgeable and takes your personal circumstances into consideration, unlike other dealers we spoke with. We were kept in the loop for the whole sale process and Andrew went over and above to make sure our experience was a positive one. We felt we were valued and listened to and our needs catered for.Friendly, honest and reliable service by all staff, but a big thanks especially to Andrew. We won’t do business anywhere else now.

Absolutely fantastic to deal with!The boys over at Boats and More Shepparton made it very easy in ordering a new 2022 GTX 300 Limited with no issues at all. Their projected timeline of the ski arriving was perfectly spot on, which is really hard to say given all the production delays around the world. Merv made things very easy with flexible payment options.Highly recommend them, and was definitely worth the drive up from Melbourne! Hope to see you guys soon

Needed some spare parts for the boat and the young lady on the Service Dept desk was exceptionally helpful.

Poor service, Bad Attitude, broke parts on my motor (it was dropped) and said nothing about it so didn't realize till I got home, an still runs no better. Oh an yes it's an old motor but if u didn't want the job just say so don't ignore Me for week's An fix nothing. Will never go back.
