Absolutely useless. Been waiting for a quote for a part for 10 days, never heard back from them until we called over and over again.Been waiting for the replacement part for 2 weeks and still haven't heard back.

I have never come across a more competent pool shop. All staff are so helpful friendly and knowledgeable. They will help you restore your pool back to health and tell you what you need to do/add each step. They service and repair pumps, sell reasonable filters, almost any spare part you need and really good quality pool products.Highly recommended

A huge range of swimming pool products at very competitive prices. I purchased a sand filter , the staff were very helpful and the price was way ,way better than some other stores. Well worth the drive

Very poor service. Ordered two items one took months to arrive when it finally did (and numerous calls with someone meant to be getting back who never did). The cost of item was more than quoted and no one knew what was going on so paid the extra. The second item wasn’t there and once again weeks of waiting for someone to call no call backs. I’d rather drive 2 hours to another store. It would still be quicker

3 months I have been following up to get some assistance with servicing my pool (clean) and pool lights. Work orders continuously go missing. Finger pointing and blaming other staff members for mistakes and poor management, no responsibility taken. Very disappointing, time wasting and poor service. Will not be coming back and I recommend you stay well away.

They test my water and advise me. A little hit and miss with the advice but I keep going back.Update: I took my faulty pump in and they bench tested it and told me it was fine and sent me away. I reinstalled and attempted to use again. Turns out the pump wasn't fine at all and I have since replaced it at a different pool shop. I will not be using Pool Supermarket again. Their prices are high and their advice has let me down more than once. I don't trust them.
