Mark was knowledgeable, professional, and listened to my concerns, explaining the treatment plan in detail. The combination of manual therapy, exercise, and stretching was gentle yet effective. He also adjusted it based on my feedback. By the end of the session, I felt significantly better and more confident in managing my injury. I was far more knowledgeable about my injury prevention. I would highly recommend Mark as a physiotherapist!! He explained everything so very well - from where the pain is coming to how the therapy will look like - and the pain in my daughters knee was very much better immediately after the first session. Which I didn’t think to be possible.We then had some more appointments to bring them to zero and to get some exercises for her knee to get healthy again and to avoid wrong strains and wrong movements during her sport. Exercises were explained and shown in a very sympatic, professional and motivating way.I always had the feeling to be in good hands and not to receive any more treatments than necessary.
