Was on mobility scooter and somebody had put a bike in the way. Both the Owner/Manager & a customer moved the bike to let me pass. Wonderful delicious quiche with cheesy top really crispy & great coffee too. Thank you all there - will be returning.

I enjoyed a pie a cream donut, the customer service was very friendly. The pie was a tasty. However, I would have liked a bit more pepper in the pepper pie and a little less thick sauce and less dry. The donut was just perfect.

Nice food, though I only had the spinach and ricotta roll, everything was well presented and looked great. Great place to pop into and grab a quick pie sausage roll, or heaven forbid the calories on a plate that were there delicious looking cakes.

Have a flyer in local papers describing thrmselves as Artisan" bakers. Nothing artisan about them. When I entered the store and told them I came because I saw their ad for an "Artisan" bakery

Ordered a specially designed chocolate/caramel mud cake for my husband's birthday, and boy, was it ever yummy! One slice just wasn't enough. Their sourdough and dark rye bread is heavenly too. We've never been disappointed with anything we've purchased from the Big Bun. The service is always extra courteous and the selection is awesome.

Fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. They had my requested birthday cake ready within a couple hours after I rang the order through then saved me a second time when a slight mishap occurred after I left the shop (smudging the icing badly). When they returned the cake to me it was as good as new. Top marks for service and willingness to go the second mile for their customers. (The cake was delicious and well received too ☺️)

We ordered a slab birthday cake from The Big Bun Bakery. It was so good and such a great cake with a generous amount of fresh cream. It was enjoyed by everyone. It truly was a well made sponge.
