Extremely hard to book your car in, multiple times I was told I was getting a call back and it never happened, communication really poor. Won’t be booking my car in anymore

Not a great experience. The service is not good at all

The work done was satisfactory and the staff at front of shop were pleasant.A number of faults still remain and will try again next service to have them rectified.Loaner car was clean and suitable.

Avoid this business at all costs!!Manager talks down to you like you are a simpleton, staff are rude and do not return calls, emails etc.You constantly have to chase them for an approximation of when you might actually get your car back after they say you will get it back the next day…..almost 2 weeks later!!!! No courtesy car offeredApparently problems with parts though NO communication discussing this at allProblem after problem with them with no help what so ever.Over priced rip offs!!!!!

First service they broke my air box and said it was already like that, also tried to charge an exorbitant price to replace a battery, got a better one down the road $130 cheaper. Then Booked in for a simple repair, I arrived on the day that was booked only to be told that my job card is lost and parts not ordered and they cannot do the repair today and can I come back in three weeks. I shuffled schedule around to suit service time only to be mucked around, wish I never went back will never return Poor business.

Won't trust my Billy cart with these guys.Wife had her car serviced. Charged $72 for new wipers that were not changed. Still had the cobwebs on them. Service included change of sparkplugs, 2 days later engine light came on. Yep needed sparkplugs. Don't worry Bunbury Holden you won't see us any more.

Long time client, means nothing

Super Friendly and efficient! Even gave my car a wash with the service and left me some mints with the feedback form on the front seat! My local dealer could learn a thing or two!

They booked my car in for some warranty workThey had the car for 6 hours. When I went to pick it up they said they had not done the work because they didn't have the parts.No apologies or anything.Not good.

Dropped my car off at 8am as they requested they said it would be ready by 3 pm ,Went in for a vehicle diagnostics and recall on steering rack , went in at 3pm as they said , for them to tell me that they need it over night cos they couldn't finish all the work and all parts had not arrived too top it off I needed to go back to work the next day they didn't offer a hire car or anything pretty poor service to be honest, then I got them to drop off next day cos I was away they said it needs to come back in cos they couldn't do anything cos the parts had not arrived for the recall and again dropped off at 8am and they said ready by 3 pm or earlier had it over night cos they couldn't do all the work but again again didn't offer any help with transport for 2 daysWould not recommend this place unless your willing to wait......don't expect your car back on time or same day I know my car Was nothing flash like a jaguar or landrover but same service should be applied across the whole range
