Not your ordinary cooking class! Erica has a way of bringing people together with an approachable and fun teaching style. I've lost count of how many times i've used her recipes since, can't wait for the next class!

Life & Fork catered our wedding, and we were thrilled with the food that Erica provided for the occasion.Whilst my wife and I missed out on the canapes as we were off having our pictures taken, all our guests loved the pre-dinner bites.Dinner itself was a lovely three course affair, with the beef cheek main and the tiramisu dessert being a particular highlight.Erica was also great in accommodating a vegetarian option, and also an option for a picky kid as well, and was great with her communication on the menu ahead of the wedding.We would highly recommend Life & Fork for any occasion you might be considering, the service from Erica was top notch.

Myself and (now!) husband had the pleasure of working with Erica at Life & Fork Cooking School for our wedding catering. From the beginning, Erica made the process so enjoyable and simple for us and we couldn't have been happier with the result. There was a wide selection to choose from for our menu and everything was absolutely delicious! We had guests complimenting the food all night and the weeks following the wedding. Erica is an amazing person to have as a Chef on retreat. Not only is her food nourishing and delicious, she is a pleasure to have around. Erica makes the whole experience of planning menus and all that goes with it, seamless and easy. I have already booked her again for my next yoga retreat and for our MeTreat retreat.

We thoroughly enjoyed Erica's inspirational Tuscan desserts cooking lesson. My lack of confidence on the theme was swept aside with Erica's encouragement and we've learnt new skills and recipes that have already been tested among friends.

Erica catered for our Yoga retreat in Hepburn Springs. Her food was delicious, nourishing and enjoyed by everyone. It was wonderful to work with someone who really extended themselves and every meal was a festive food delight. Thank you Erica. We will always use you as our caterer. Highly recommended.
