RAA Solar & Battery - Warehouse

If there was provision to leave zero stars then RAA Solar would qualify. After over 5 mths of problems my solar installation is still not finished. Ive had a stream of tradies and managers come out and do the obligatory customer service calls but everytime Im geared to have it completed something else is wrong. 1. Failure to notify me that Id need tb home for the installation 2. wrong meter box so a new one will need tb ordered - no further communication until i finally rang them again 3. Unable to connect to my power provider 4. no contact AGAIN 5. no inverter.I would have thought when I signed up and had the sales person come to my home and check what was here that someone should have got all this sorted in the first few visists. But NO! its a comedy of error. Now Ive just been told that there could be a further bill of between $500 -$1500 to connect to my meter box despite being told on several occasions there would be no further charges. Use RAA Solar at your own peril. Very professional up until the installation process then its a circus.
