Competitively priced quote compared to others so booked online only to be told - by email - that they want another $180 which put them way more expensive than the other quotes I acquired. Based on the unprofessional email contact, I started to think the whole thing was a scam so I called them. They said it was because their website calculated the quote incorrectly and took no accountability at all. Person over the phone was extremely arrogant and no one acknowledged any fault. I'm just glad I had this experience before I handed over my car and was able to cancel as I can only imagine how difficult they would be to deal with for damage claims etc. Plenty of other carriers out there that are cheaper and actually give half a sh*t.
