I was home between the given hours via aus post sms, in fact l waited a further 20 minutes longer and there was…ANo show!! I decided to leave a message with my neighbour as l had to leave.I then received another message to say it will be put into a safe place followed by an email then claiming my parcel is to be sent to your LPO. Why??So annoying and time consuming

Friendly service every time I miss a delivery or need to post something.Not sure why the post office is being blamed for Auspost’s sometimes flakey delivery operations, which is still miles better than Aramex, CouriersPlease and the like.

I think we need to distinguish between the delivery service/drivers and the staff at the LPO. I’ve had my fair share of (not really) attempted deliveries and other AusPost shenanigans. But, the staff at Collingwood LPO are excellent - helpful, kind, generous and take the time to really help. Thank you!!!

I came here because everytime I do a quick search for the opening and close times, the 2 star does my head in. The folk in this post office are completely lovely and enjoyable everytime. And are not responsible for the sub par running of this massive government corporation. This appears to be a family franchise too. Discernment and correctly placed blame is highly needed on many of these reviews (or shall we shoot off our little internet missiles when the dog trimmer comes late and blame the little guys until the end of time).Note - not a slight on dog trimmers. That's the last thing I picked up. Cheers!

I was at home all day waiting for my parcel, the delivery guy came and rang the bell, then he left right away even without leaving a card. My parcel was then left at this post office but it is far from my place. There are two other post offices nearby. And this is the third time I missed my parcel at home! I have clearly specified to leave my parcel at a particular post office on auspost app but the delivery guy still keep leaving my parcel at this place. Can’t be more disappointed

I've ordered 10+ items in the last two months.Not a single time has by apartment been rung to inform me of the package downstairs.A pickup collection card is left and no genuine attempt to deliver my goods is made.Why do I pay for a service and only receive half of what's promised.AusPost really need to look into this branch and figure out WTF is going on because there is something seriously amiss here.Shame that most of the people that actually work in the store are really nice except for one extremely rude, abrasive, non-customer orientated older gentleman - you know who you are.

Horrible. I pay for postage and my packages never get delivered!!! Apparently there is no reasonable place to leave my packages, which is not true at all. This is fraud. I feel betrayed and disappointed.
