Autobarn Butler

I needed to get a globe for my brake lights fitted.Being new to the area I wasn’t sure exactly where to go until I stumbled across Autobarn in Butler. I walked in and they fit it straight away. They were very helpful and kind. I will definitely be taking my car there for a service next year in February when it’s due. I have already recommended them to a friend that is due for a service soon too.

Bought an in-car dash cam for $450 after a discount. Was told I could bring it back if it doesn’t work which is standard returns/exchange policy.Went home and plugged it and rear cam didn’t work.Went back and was told they can’t help us cos there aren’t any “auto electricians” to verify faulty equipment and I would need to go down to Joondalup to verify it doesn’t work.(No requirement for auto electricians verification for ELV rated plug and play devices). Staff are inexperienced and needs training!Staff at Joondalup took care of it within minutes (not an electrician).Will stick with Supercheap Butler for the expensive stuff or wouldn’t mind driving 20min down to Joondalup to Autobarn.Autobarn Butler definitely gets 5 ⭐️ rating for handballing though!

Incredible customer service, highly recommend! Came in for a minor tyre repair and will definitely be back for future services.

Had a problem with low coolant and engine getting hot. Pulled in late on a Friday afternoon. Cliff was unreal topped levels up free of charge. Great service and excellent knowledge. Much appreciated.

I recently purchased an expensive electrical item from this store. After experiencing the product malfunction straight out of the box, I returned it the next day.After demonstrating that it did not work, the employee I spoke to said that I could not exchange the item or have a refund that day and would have to run their own test overnight". If they thought I was incorrect that the item did not work

Brilliant customer service from these guys, massive help on the issues I had with my reversing camera.

Came in for some cleaning items and seat covers for my Dmax. The team made sure I had the right products and even recommended cheaper items over more expensive so good to see their goals are based around customer service and not just max sales. They also noticed a smell of diesel around my car and attempted to investigate the reasoning and gave me advice around troubleshooting it. Thanks gents great help!

served by lloyd , and he went out of his way to help. he got some parts for our roofrack that wasnt available any more by getting some off another store sending them back through the supplier and then re ordering for us. then on top of that gave us a good price because it was old stock
