Telstra Ellenbrook

We love telstra. Left them once for a few months but never again. Better service, better coverage while we travelled for 4 years, and we always walk out of the testra shop with a skip, a gift, and a smile.

Another disgusted review about telstra ellenbrook. Went in on Friday to order a iPad only to be told it couldn’t be processed due to an outstanding bill on the account. Account had already been paid up to date but apparently a PayPal payment is “not instant” and I needed to wait for it to be showing as paid on the account. No dramas we will book you in on Sunday to go through the iPad details as it will take 2 days for the account to be unbarred. Go to my appointment on Sunday to be ignored by the 2 assistance who are with other customers. One customer before me and then when it’s our turn we are skipped and another customer that walked in after us is given priority despite us having an appointment. Finally we are served and the customer service representative says still can’t do anything as the account is still blocked. I asked what was the point in your staff making the appointment if this is the case. The staff member then told me it could be a 2-3 week resolution. I advised this isn’t what I was told on Friday or over the telstra 24 app and the staff simply said there’s nothing they can do. What a waste of my time. Why book someone for an appointment in the first place and waste their time and then belittle them in store for a issue that is clearly yours to sort out.

worst experience.... when you walk in they tell you you ll be attended in 5-10 minutes. 35 minutes later someone come and says wont be long... again after 10 minutes, when they approach, you tell them it was to be 5-10 minutes not 40-45 minutes, all you get is HE SHOUKD NT HAVE SAID THAT.very bad experience.

Low staff, high demand and staff with little experience dealing with complex clients. But overall a friendly store

The staff in this store is don't like to work , they don't wanna serve the customer, was there 4.50 , she said we closed, 10 min early. Totally disappointed from the staff , they sitting and talking all then .

My 2 old week iPhone had camera issues, known fault Apple says, but all I got from the customer service person was “we tested it all good & any further issues go to Apple direct. Fantastic thanks for that, got in the car and guess what the camera didn’t go. Unfortunately I had to be somewhere so couldn’t get back to the store. So I went direct to Apple in Perth city ( had the diagnostic done on the phone…..camera fault) and had the camera replaced under warranty. Telstra Ellenbrook is a Telstra owned store who is let down by people who have no idea or lack of training and shouldn’t be providing incorrect facts. Customer service was fine up until then, the rep at Apple said considering the age of the phone Telstra should have swapped it for a new one. Anyway never ever again…….sorry.

Shout out to Radhika & Shena for the EXCEPTIONAL customer service. They were really wonderful. Helped us resolve our issue on the spot. Gave us Awesome deals. I would highly reccomend them. Had the best experience there, thank you. Ellenbrook Telstra. My husband Mohd & myself rate your service 10/10. Appreciate everything you did for us!
