Curl Up 'N Dye with Rebecca

I took my 11 yr old daughter here for her first salon cut, she has super curly hair which can be difficult, Maria explained to her what she was doing with the cut and also how to style it. We look forward to going back for regular cuts.

Was excited to come here after reading so many great reviews but unfortunately my experience wasn’t so great. Not sure if I just came on a bad day or whatever but when I got in there first of all I was looked at by one of the girls a few times without a hello or anything, after awhile someone finally came to the counter and I was asked to sit down and wait. Was asked multiple times if i needed a wash (which I originally booked in for a wash, cut and blow wave) but it seemed as if no one knew what I was booked in for and I kept getting asked if I needed a wash or not which I felt like they didn’t seem to care? Finally I get to the basin get my hair washed which was okay then I sit down and wait for my cut and I swear the lady barely even cut anything off I still have so many split ends, then after she cut it she asked again if I wanted it blow dried. I said yes thinking I was getting a proper blow wave but instead she just dries it normal like I could’ve just done myself at home, I left the salon with damp frizzy hair as she didn’t even dry it properly and it felt so knotty and frizzy then I got charged $80 for a wash cut and blow wave. You’d think paying that much I would get a proper blow wave/straighten done not a rushed job and my hair still looks/feels the same. So upset I feel like I’ve wasted my money :(

Our experience was wonderful!My mother and I had Maria and Natalia work with our curly hair, and it couldn't have turned out better! They did a fantastic job with the cut and styling, and I was able to walk away with a haircut that I had been trying (and failing) to get at other salons for over a year.We were very comfortable in their hands as they explained everything they were doing, accomodating to our individual hair needs and using that to teach us some techniques for styling our curls!They weren't pushy with selling products to us (which is always much appreciated) and we left very satisfied with the results.Definitely the only salon I trust with my hair and would definitely recommend to fellow curly-haired people out there!

Unprofessional and rude hairdressers would not go here they ruined my hair it’s snapping off and made me pay $350 for the service

This is THE BEST Hairdresser i have ever been. The place is immaculate. Maria and Natalia is very friendly and helpful. Thank you so so much Natalia for doing an a amazing job with my hair it looks super fabulous and you are a life saver, very professional. My hair is on point because of you. It was my first time visiting but i think this will be my favourite Salon. Will be happily back here soon.
