Left in disgust and anger. Bird cages overcrowded, parrots injured and looking sickly, one looked like he was missing an eye due to fighting. 2 large kittens living in a rodent cage with no where to move, one sitting listless in the litter box. Rodent cages covered in flies. Roosters and ducks overcrowded in small aviaries intended for birds. Pig and geese pen had no clean drinking water, just a muddy puddle. Sent in photos to animal welfare.The birds on the other side of the car park and the goats were the only ones who seemed cared for and lived in clean enclosures

Fantastic service, I went today with my kids. Youngest asleep in the car, the man who works there was so nice and extremely helpful. He helped in getting the fish, which aloud me to stay in the car with the kids. Thankyou so much for everything.

We have visited the place many times, but recently we couldn't ignore the fact that the maintenance has been a bit neglected. ( The photo posted is from the good times, months ago)In our last visit we saw that some animals were mixed, it was too stinky and flies made us wanted to leave asap.I am rating it 3 stars, because the youngsters working there are really attentive and kind.We got our silkies there a couple of months ago and didn't have any issues, however the price was higher in comparison to other places.

Fantastic service. Called to enquire about a product and received fantastic advice instead for the care of my animals. Was great talking to owner or manager Andrew who takes his job very seriously and isn't just interested in a quick sale. I'll be a returning customer.

Absolutely terrible. The workers don’t care about the animals. I’ve been bitten by a rat that I was told loved attention, I needed a tetanus shot. All the birds that they’re trying to sell are untame, and some craving attention that can’t get out. The Guinea pigs are in terrible condition. The fish water is dirty, the glass on the ducks and mice is cloudy. And the workers also handle the animals without care. This place needs to be shut down

The welfare of these animals needs to be acted upon. Could not believe the state of their cages and enclosures and the way they handled their animals.Do not support this business, it was deeply distressing.
