Nick Scali Furniture

Buy a lounge anywhere else than here. At least other places are understand and actually compassionate compared to Nick Scali gepps cross. Worst people to deal with and no sympathy when circumstances change and their deliveries are later than what they mention and what is written on a contract. Ordered a couch in July and didn’t come in until March…save yourselves the trouble!!

Update 13/12/2022.Followed their instructions and sent emails… No response from them whatsoever. Look at their robotic replies here! Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else.The mental stress of dealing with them just next level…14/12/2022, another day, no response from them…will keep update here until my issue is resolved.

Good buying experience until it came time for delivery. Delivery delayed by a month but I was contacted in advance to advise new delivery date which was achieved. Delivery contractor advised they do not remove packaging. When I questioned this I was told it is Nick Scali policy! Never before have I been left the enormous amount of packaging from a similar purchase as it has always been removed at delivery. There can be no other reason for this than to save a few dollars which would have easily been absorbed by the purchase price.When my car goes for a service, the dealer doesn't leave the oil and filters in the boot for me to deal with. The few dollars you saved Nick Scali have resulted in a guaranteed return customer looking elsewhere. Lift your game!

Highly priced with non-existent customer support. They sell you at high price and force you to take the product in whatever condition they want. I bought a new lounge and was delivered after a lot of delay which they solely attributed to shipping delays and take no ownership. Anyways the lounge delivered was damaged and does not matter if a minor or major damage, damaged means damaged. There was no communication from their end as to the process after return, after making several calls to customer care and store, I am being forced to accept it once they repair it or I would be left with no option, and they would forfeit the advance paid. And the store manager asks me a question that what if the lounge was damaged once it was setup , the Gentelman does not understand that getting a repaired product if totally different from the product being damaged at a later stage. Probably never again would I make a mistake to buy from Nick Scali.The followup from Nickscali is really rubbish. U guys just put a comment and google and forget about it. Shamefull

Friendly sales people great service nothing was any trouble. The furniture l bought looks great it all matches and blends in together. Have to wait for my lounge due to covid but have been updated.

Well, what can one say about this company????......not much other than spend your time and hard earned money elsewhere, because once you pay for your item, that's where the customer service ends.Without going into details, The store manager at Gepps Cross, who is impossible to contact, could of resolved an issue quite quickly however chose to created such unnecessary stress and dissatisfaction only to hide behind his companies policy which inturn caused me to contact the escalation manager, who had seen reason beyond their policy, and helped to resolve the issue. If it wasn't for him I'd have even less to say about this inept company. Will we shop here again? No, highly unlikely.

Nick.... your furniture store is one of the best. Beautiful furniture and the set out gives great ideas for the home. Love those deep leather lounges....

Avoid this place at all costs!The most disgraceful after sales service I have ever experienced.Sales was very good & efficient, but upon delivery there was an obvious defect with the product.Two months later I am still waiting for somebody to attend to fix the issue. I keep getting fobbed off by their call centre.Massively disappointed
